1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before downloading, installing, accessing, or playing Pixel Sort: Color Art Puzzle (Package: com.pixelsort.colorsort, hereinafter referred to as the "Game" or "Service").

By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must immediately uninstall and cease all use of the Game.

2. Limited License to Use

Subject to your continuous compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited license to download, install, and execute one copy of Pixel Sort on an authorized Android device for your own private, personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

This license does not confer any title, ownership, or intellectual property rights in or to the Game, its software code, assets, artwork, or sounds.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials within the Game—including, but not limited to, visual designs, pixel art mosaics, sound effects, musical scores, UI animations, color schemes, level designs, algorithms, codebases, logos, and trademarks—are the exclusive intellectual property of the developers of Pixel Sort and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and unfair competition laws.

You agree not to modify, adapt, copy, distribute, transmit, broadcast, perform, publish, sell, license, or create derivative works based upon any part of the Game without express prior written consent.

4. Virtual Items & In-App Purchases (IAP)

Pixel Sort may offer virtual soft currencies (such as "Studio Coins") and cosmetic virtual items (such as "Bead Skins"):

• Soft Currency: Studio Coins are earned through gameplay accomplishments (such as completing levels with 3 stars or solving Daily Challenges). Coins exist solely within the Game and have no cash or real-world economic value. Coins cannot be redeemed, sold, traded, or transferred outside the Game.
• In-App Purchases: We may provide optional in-app purchases through the Google Play In-App Billing API, such as a permanent "Remove Ads" feature or "VIP Studio Pass". All purchases are processed and billed directly by Google Play.
• No Refunds: Except where required by applicable statutory consumer protection law or Google Play Store refund policies, all virtual purchases are final and non-refundable.
• Loss of Virtual Items: Because game progression is saved locally on your device, clearing your device application storage or uninstalling the Game without an active cloud backup may result in the loss of unlocked virtual items.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will NOT under any circumstances:

• Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive source code from the Game application packages (APK / AAB / Web assets).
• Use automated scripts, bots, hacks, mods, trainers, or memory editors to manipulate game scores, coins, or level unlocks.
• Exploit software bugs, glitches, or unintended vulnerabilities for gameplay advantage rather than reporting them.
• Circumvent, modify, or interfere with any security features or ad delivery mechanisms (such as blocking or altering rewarded video verification callbacks).
• Use the Game for any unlawful, commercial, or unauthorized purpose.

6. Advertising & Third-Party Content

Pixel Sort displays advertising provided by third-party ad networks (primarily Google AdMob). We do not control or endorse the products, services, or websites advertised in these campaigns. Any transactions, interactions, or participation in promotions found through advertisements are solely between you and the third-party advertiser.

7. Updates & Maintenance

We may issue periodic updates, patches, bug fixes, or new level packs to improve game stability, add features, or balance mechanics. You acknowledge that certain updates may be mandatory to continue uninterrupted gameplay or to maintain compatibility with new versions of Android.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, under no circumstances shall the creators, developers, affiliates, or distributors of Pixel Sort be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of data, device malfunction, or loss of profits) arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Game.

In no event shall our aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of these Terms exceed the total amount paid by you, if any, for in-app purchases in the Game during the three (3) months preceding the incident giving rise to liability, or $20.00 USD, whichever is greater.

10. Termination

You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the Game from your device and ceasing all use. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Game without prior notice if you violate any provision of these Terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction governing digital software distribution, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved via informal dispute negotiation or through courts of competent jurisdiction.
